About
Twenty years working out what people will watch.
The technology changed. The question didn’t: why would someone watch this?
Wild Bunch started in television and grew into what it is by asking one question for every client: why would anyone watch this, and what do you want them to do next? The tools changed — cameras, phones, now the AI Studio. The question didn’t.
The team
Led by Sam. Built around your job.
Sam Robinson
Director · Producer · Marketing
Ex BBC and MTV; has worked with Facebook and some of the top marketing agencies. Helps businesses work out what to make, makes it — on camera or in the AI Studio — and tells them what not to spend money on. The judgement is the job; the website, the campaign, the film and the social content are how it shows up. Usually found travelling — don’t be surprised if he’s in an icy archipelago or a sunny vineyard when he takes your call.
Katja
Executive · Photographer
Ex BBC. Relationships on the ground in Italy, and the camera where a real one is the point.
Juan
DOP · Videographer · Drone · Editor
The pictures, in the air and on the ground, and the cut.
Stefan
Metrics · Project coordination · SEO · Graphic design
What happened, what’s next, and that nothing is lost when a site moves.
And the people we call on
A company changes. A person doesn’t.
Around the core team is a network of regional partners and specialists nurtured over years — crews, editors, designers, developers — called on as the job needs them, with one creative direction and one point of accountability.
Europe and Asia Pacific.
We work across Europe from Rome and across Asia Pacific from Noosa. Katja handles relationships on the ground in Italy; Noosa is where the twenty-year story started and where a good deal of the work still comes from.
The rest of the time Sam travels — because some conversations only really happen in the room.
